- Step 1 Heat a pan with 2 tsp ghee, add ragi flakes, 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, 1 tsp sunflower seeds and roast until light brown
- Step 2 Transfer to a plate and allow it to cool
- Step 3 In a blender add roasted ragi seeds mixture, 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp chopped dates, 1/4 tsp green elaichi powder and grind coarsely.
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped almonds
- Step 5 Take small portions and mould into laddoo
- Step 6 Serve.
