40 Gram(40.0 gm) Ragi Flakes
2 Tsp(8.0 gm) Ghee
1 Chopped Tbsp(33.0 gm) Dates
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Chia Seeds
1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Sunflower Seeds
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.5 gm) Green Elaichi
  • Roast 3 tbsp ragi flakes in 2 tsp ghee for a min on low flame.

  • Keep it aside in a bowl.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped dates, seeds mixture, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and mix it well.

  • Mould it into ladoos and serve.
