For Cake Batter
In a mixing bowl, add 1/8 cup of Nestlé A+ Curd, water as required, washed poha, and 1/4 cup of ragi flour and mix well. Add 1 tbsp of boiled peas, 1/8 cup of grated carrot, 1/4 tsp of dry ginger powder, 1/4 tsp of green chili paste, 1/4 tsp of jaggery, 1/8 tsp of haldi, and 1/8 tsp of red chili powder, and combine all the ingredients.

Give a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.

For Tempering
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp of oil. Add 1/4 tsp of rai and 1/2 tsp of white til, and mix well. Add the tempering to the cake batter and mix thoroughly. Transfer the batter to the greased mold and bake in a steamer without water.
