Ragi Pumpkin Paratha With Ghee Recipe

Combination of Ragi flour and Pumpkin makes this dish rich in Iron and Vitamins good for growing children. Mostly Parathas served with Curd or chutney makes this recipe a complete meal.

2 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Ragi(Flour)

1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)

2 Tbsp(18.0 gm) Pumpkin(Grated)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Ghee
ingredients
As Required(15.0 ml) Water
  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp green chilli paste.

  • Add water and knead into a soft dough.

  • Roll the dough into a paratha.

  • Heat a tava and roast both the sides with 1 tsp ghee.

  • Serve hot.
