Combination of Ragi flour and Pumpkin makes this dish rich in Iron and Vitamins good for growing children. Mostly Parathas served with Curd or chutney makes this recipe a complete meal.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp green chilli paste.
Add water and knead into a soft dough.
Roll the dough into a paratha.
Heat a tava and roast both the sides with 1 tsp ghee.
