Steps
- Step 1
Cook 1/2 cup diced pumpkin until soft.
- Step 2
Soak 4 dry red chilli in warm water
- Step 3
For Cutlet
In a bowl, mix together cooked pumpkin, 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and mash the mixture well.
- Step 4
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and shape it into cutlets.
- Step 5
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry till light brown.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 7
Serve hot with garlic chutney.
- Step 8
For Chutney
In a blender, add 4 tbsp chopped garlic, 4 soaked red chilli, 1/3 tsp salt, 1.25 tsp oil and blend it to a smooth consistency.
