Ingredients

- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp suji, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt, water and mix well.
- Step 2
In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp oil. Add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp urad dal, 3 kadi patta, 1/8 tsp hing, 2 tbsp grated pumpkin, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and stir.
- Step 3
Add the mixture into the batter and mix well.
- Step 4
Take the mould and brush it with 1/2 tbsp oil.
- Step 5
Cover and roast the appams.
- Step 6
Flip and cook both sides equally.
- Step 7
Serve hot
