- Step 1
Add 4 tbsp ragi flour and water. Knead into dough.
- Step 2
In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp oil. Add into the 1/8 tsp hing,1/8 tsp jeera,1 tsp ginger garlic paste,1 tbsp chopped onion and sauté it well.
- Step 3
Add into the 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum,1/8 tsp red chilly powder,1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp salt,1/4 cup boiled mashed potato and mix it well
- Step 4
Take a kneaded dough and roll out on the rolling pin.
- Step 5
Heat 1 tsp butter in tava and roast from both the sides.
- Step 6
Place on a clean surface and spread 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, add potato mixture and 1/8 cup julienne onion.
- Step 7
Roll it nicely and serve.
