Utilizing a basic pizza sauce with various vegetable toppings can make pizza unique and nourishing, eliminating the regular pizza crust and using ragi crust is a healthier option to include good fat, calcium and sufficient calories in meal.
Take a ragi pizza base, spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce, 1/4th cup diced yellow capsicum, and 1/4th cup diced red capsicum, 1 tbsp diced onion, 1/4th tsp red chilli flakes.
Sprinkle it with 1/2 tsp oregano and 1 tbsp grated cheese.Then cover it with lid and cook till cheese melts.
