- Step 1 Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of batter and spread it evenly
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp oil around the dosa, add 1.5 tsp chopped onion and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 4 Cook until crisp and golden brown
- Step 5 Fold and serve with mint coriander chutney
- Step 6 To make chutney, in a blender jar, add 1/8 cup chopped pudina, 1/8 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/10 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp each of chopped garlic and green chilli paste.
- Step 7 Add a little water and grind until smooth
