Steps
- Step 1
Soak and blend 2 tbsp rice, 1 tsp urad dal and ferment overnight. Add 1 tbsp ragi flour in the batter.
- Step 2
Pour 1 ladle of the batter on a nonstick tava and spread it in round shape.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp oil and spread evenly, Add 1.5 tsp chopped onion and 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top of the dosa and let it cook for a minute.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.
- Step 5
Flip and roast evenly.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
