Ragi Nutty Milk Recipe

Lip amacking calorie dense drink loaded with calcium and protein. Serves deliciously as an easy morning breafast or after play drink to suit all nutrional requirement.

1/2 Cup(102.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
4.0 Number(3.0 gm) Raisin
1.0 Flour Tbsp(6.0 gm) Ragi
1.0 Powder Tbsp(8.0 gm) Almond
1.0 Powder Tbsp(10.0 gm) Cashewnut
1.0 Powder Tbsp(10.0 gm) Jaggery
10.0 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • Mix 1 tbsp ragi flour with water and keep aside.

  • in a pan, add the prepared ragi paste and mix well.

  • Slowly pour 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and whisk to avoid lump formation.

  • Once mixed, add 1 tbsp almond powder, 1 tbsp cashew powder, 1 tbsp jaggery powder and 4 raisins.

  • Mix well.

  • Nutrient packed shake is ready to serve.
