2 Grated Tbsp(22.0 gm) Radish
15 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
2 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Ragi
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated radish, 1/4th tsp salt, and 1/4th tsp green chili paste.
Add water and knead into a soft dough.
Roll the dough into a paratha.
Heat a tava and roast both the sides.
Serve hot.
