Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated radish, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp green chili paste
- Step 2 Add water and knead into a soft dough
- Step 3 Roll the dough into a paratha
- Step 4 Heat a tava and roast both the sides
- Step 5 Serve hot
