- Step 1
Make a batter of 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp rajgira flour, 1 tbsp chopped Methi leaves, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder and sufficient water.
- Step 2
Whisk everything together and avoid lumping.
- Step 3
Heat 1/2 tsp oil on a pan.
- Step 4
Pour the cheela batter and let it cook on medium heat.
- Step 5
Flip and roast from both the sides and serve hot.
