1/4 Tsp(0.22 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
2 Flour Tbsp(12.0 gm) Ragi
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
30 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
1 Chopped Tsp(0.92 gm) Coriander Leaves
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.52 gm) Garlic
1/8 Grated Tsp(0.23 gm) Ginger
  • In a bowl add 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.

  • Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.

  • Roll out the dough with rolling pin and roast on heated tawa till brown dots form.

  • Serve hot with sabji.
