- Step 1
In a bowl add 2 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp grated ginger, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Add water as required and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough into a round roti and roast on a heated tava till done.
- Step 5
Serve hot with sabji.
