For Dosa Batter
- Step 1 Soak and blend 2 tbsp rice, 1 tsp urad dal and ferment overnight. Add 1 tbsp ragi flour in batter and mix well.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.

For Masala
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil and add 1/8 tsp rai,1/8 tsp jeera,1/8 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8 tsp urad dal and 1/2 kadi patta.
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp hing,1/8 tsp haldi and 1/8 tsp grated ginger.
- Step 3 Then add 1/4 tbsp julienne onion, 1/8 tsp salt followed by 1/8 cup boiled diced potatoes and mix well.
- Step 4 This mixture is used as a stuffing in the cooked dosa.

For Dosa
- Step 1 In a non stick tava, pour 1 ladle batter and spread it in round shape.
- Step 2 Spread 1 tsp oil on it and roast evenly on both the sides.
- Step 3 Add the potato masala and fold the dosa.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
