2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
1 Tbsp(7.0 gm) Maida
1 Flour Tbsp(19.0 gm) Ragi
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/2 Egg Whole(23.0 gm) Egg
  • In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp ragi flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1/2 beaten egg and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.

  • Whisk all ingredients well till smooth.

  • In a heated pan, add oil and pour the batter.

  • Deep fry it until golden in color.

  • Tasty malpua is ready to be served hot.
