Ingredients

- Step 1
Preheat the oven to 150 degree.
- Step 2
For frosting
Whisk together 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup jaggery powder and 2 tbsp butter.

Fill it in a pipping bag.
- Step 4
For cup cake
Sift 3/4 cup Ragi Flour, 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 3/4 tsp of baking powder together.
- Step 5
Whisk 3 tbsp Nestlé Milkmaid, 3 tsp butter and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract together. Add 1/2 cup grated Bottle gourd.
- Step 6
Fold this in the ragi mixture.
- Step 7
Pour the batter into mould till 3/4th full and bake at 150 degree for 20 minutes or till done.
- Step 8
Cool and keep aside.
- Step 9
Pipe the frosting over each cupcake and serve.
