Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 2 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 cup ragi flour and 1/8 cup whole wheat flour.
- Step 2
Keep roasting over low heat until light brown and fragrant.
- Step 3
Turn off the flame and add 1/4 cup chopped jaggery and 1/2 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 4
Keep mixing until jaggery melts and everything mixes evenly.
- Step 5
Grease a try or plate with little ghee.
- Step 6
Transfer the mixture and pat gently with spatula.
- Step 7
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped almond,1 tsp chopped pista and press lightly.
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashew
- Step 9
Allow it to set and cut into desired pieces
- Step 10
