- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/4 cup ragi flour, 2 tbsp rawa, 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp salt and mix all ingredients.
- Step 2 Add a little water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding ajwain
- Step 4 Add 1/4 tsp fruit salt to the batter and mix gently.
- Step 5 Grease the mini idli molds with little oil and fill the steamer with water and bring it to a boil
- Step 6 Pour the prepared batter into the molds and steam for about 1012 minutes or until the idlis are cooked through.
- Step 7 You can check by inserting a toothpick—if it comes out clean, the idlis are done.
- Step 8 Demold and let it cool slightly
- Step 9 Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1/8 cup julienne capsicum, 1/8 cup julienne cabbage, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs and saute all ingredients.
- Step 10 Sauté for 23 minutes until they soften slightly.
- Step 11 Add mini ragi idli and toss everything and Serve hot.
