Ragi halwa is a fragrantful, super delicious that melt in the mouth kind of desert. One of the all-time healthy dessert options, this dessert is enjoyed by all ages and is commonly made in South of India. Ragi is rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron and fibre.
Take a thick bottomed pan and heat it on a low flame.
Add 1.5 tsp ghee and 2 tbsp ragi flour.
Roast it well till its dry and looks brown.
Add 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, mix well and let it thicken.
Add 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder. Mix well making sure the jaggery powder is mixed evenly with ragi flour.
To this halwa add 1 tsp chopped almonds and 1 tsp chopped pista and mix.
