Ragi Dhokla is a steamed millet soft snack that is light on your tummy and makes up for an excellent tiffin snack. Ragi is a whole grain, gluten free and a staple in South India. It is packed with calcium, complex carbs and amino acids making it an ideal food from babies to all age groups.

- Steps to Prepare
Take a mixing bowl to add 1/2 cup ragi flour and 1/3rd cup Nestlé A+ Curd.
Further add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp green chillies, 1/4th tsp grated ginger and 1/4th tsp fruit salt.
Pour in a little water and mix to obtain the right consistency of the batter.
Grease a steel plate with oil, pour the batter on the plate and steam for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, insert a toothpick to see if cooked and transfer to a serving platter.
To make the tadka, heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan.
Add 1/4th tsp rai and 4 kadi patta.
Pour the tadka over the cooked dhokla.
Garnish with coriander.
Serve hot with coriander chutney.
