- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup ragi flour and 1/3 cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp chopped green chilies, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and 1/4 tsp fruit salt.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds.
- Step 3 Pour in a little water and mix to obtain the right consistency of the batter.
- Step 4 Grease a plate with oil, pour the batter on the plate, and steam for 10 minutes.
- Step 5 After 10 minutes, insert a toothpick to see if cooked and transfer to a serving platter.
- Step 6 To make the tadka, heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add 1/4 tsp rai and 4 kadi patta.
- Step 7 Pour the tadka over the cooked dhokla.
- Step 8 Serve hot with mint chutney.
