- Step 1 Knead 2 tbsp ragi flour,1/4 tsp oil, 1 tsp jeera,1/8 tsp baking powder,1/2 tsp red chili powder with water as required and make a dough.
- Step 2 Roll out the dough in a 1 cm thick roti and with a cookie cutter cut small shapes and smear 1/4 tsp oil over it.
- Step 3 Pre heat oven at 180 degree and then bake these for 10 mins on one side and then flip.
- Step 4 Grill them a bit to turn them little crunchy and keep aside.
- Step 5 Heat 1/2 tsp oil and saute 1/4 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6 Next add 1 tbsp chopped tomato and cook till done. Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp chopped jaggery and 1/4 tsp mixed herbs.
- Step 7 Cool it and make a fine paste of this.
- Step 8 Now heat 1/2 tsp olive oil and saute 1/4 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp chopped onion too.
- Step 9 Add 1 tbsp grated coconut, saute till they are cooked.
- Step 10 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 11 Now take the canapes, spread the tomato paste, add the prepared coconut mixture and top with 1 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 12 Bake this for 3 5 mins and serve.
