1/8 Flour Cup(12.0 gm) Ragi
1/3 Grated Cup(31.0 gm) Dark Chocolate
1/8 Tsp(0.4 ml) Oil
1/8 Tsp(0.43 gm) Baking Powder
1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Butter
2 Tbsp(26.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Egg Whole(11.0 gm) Egg
In a bowl add 1/8 cup ragi flour,1/8 tsp baking powder mix well.
In another bowl add 1/4 of an egg beat well. Then add 2 tbsp Sugar little by little and beat till light and fluffy
Add in a melted chocolate,1 tbsp melted butter, and mix well.
Add flour mixture in a half part and fold gently then add remaining and fold.
Grease mold with 1/8 tsp oil and line a mold with
butter paper.
Pour batter in a mold and bake at 160 degrees
for 30 min.
