- Step 1 Melt 2 tbsp butter.
- Step 2 In a bowl add 1/8 cup ragi flour,1/8 cup whole wheat flour,1 tbsp cocoa powder,1.5 tbsp jaggery powder,1/4 tsp baking powder,1/8 tsp baking soda,1/8 tsp salt and combine all ingredients.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, melted butter,1/4 tsp vanilla extract and whisk it well.
- Step 4 Pour batter in a greased mold and bake at 180 degree for 30 minutes.
- Step 5 In a heated pan add 3 tbsp cream and stir continuously. Now in another bowl, add 1/8 cup of grated dark chocolate and add the warm cream and mix well to make chocolate ganache.
- Step 6 Add this on the cake and spread evenly.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 8 Serve.
