1/8 Flour Cup(12.0 gm) Ragi
1.5 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Sugar
1/4 Tsp(0.89 gm) Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp(0.64 gm) Baking Soda
2 Tbsp(23.0 gm) Butter
1/4 Tsp(0.83 gm) Vanilla Extract
1/8 Cup(17.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1 Tbsp(4.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
0.1 Tsp(0.45 gm) Salt
1/4 Cup(51.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
  • In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup ragi flour,1/8th cup whole wheat flour,1 tbsp cocoa powder,1.5 tbsp sugar,1/4th tsp baking powder,1/8th tsp baking soda,1/10th tsp salt and combine all ingredient.

  • Add into the 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Milk,2 tbsp melted butter,1/4th tsp vanilla extract and whisk it well.

  • Pour batter in a greased mold and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.

  • In a pan add 3 tbsp cream and stir well continuously and now in another bowl add 1/8th cup of grated dark chocolate and add warm cream and mix well to make chocolate ganache.

  • Add this onto cake

  • Serve.
