Steps
- Step 1
In a pan heat 1 tbsp ghee, add 1/4 cup ragi flour and stir it continuously.
- Step 2
Add 4 tbsp jaggery powder,1/8 tsp green elaichi powder,1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tsp chopped almonds and mix it well. Cook till it thickens and the mixture leaves the sides.
- Step 3
Pour mixture in a greased tray then flatten it and set it on room temperature.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding pistachios.
- Step 5
Cut into the pieces and serve.
