  • In another pan, heat 1 tsp ghee,

  • When the ghee melts, add baked banana, 1 tsp chopped dates and saute, now 2 tbsp ragi flour and roast til it turns golden brown.

  • Add in 1/2 cup of Nestlé A+ Milk while stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

  • When the porridge thickens, mix well.

  • Serve hot or chilled.
