A simple fulfilling tasty millet snack made with healthy ingredients. Sneak in veggies of your choice and make it nutrient rich.
Per Serving: 1 Number - 30.0 gm
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp grated bottlegourd, 1/4 tsp green chili paste and saute it.
Add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, mix well. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.
Add 5 tbsp ragi flour, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
Add warm water little by little and knead till a smooth dough is formed. The dough will be slightly sticky.
Grease a banana leaf or butter paper with oil.
Take a medium sized ball and place it on the greased sheet. Flatten it.
Pat it evenly with your fingers till its thin.
Heat a griddle, brush it with 1/2 tsp coconut oil and carefully add the ragi adai.
Roast it on both the sides till light brown.
