For stuffing

In a bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped radish leaves, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder and mix well.

For paratha
- Step 4
Dust dough with little flour, roll it into a paratha.
- Step 5
Place the stuffing on the rolled dough.
- Step 6
Seal from all sides and roll into paratha.
- Step 7
For roasting
- Step 8
Place the paratha on a griddle, apply 1/2 tsp ghee on it. Allow to cook and flip.
- Step 9
Apply another 1 tsp ghee and allow to cook until well roasted or turns light brown in color.
- Step 10
Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
