In a bowl add 2 tbsp jowar flour,1 tbsp whole wheat flour,1.5 tbsp grated radish,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/8 tsp grated garlic,1/8 tsp grated ginger,1/4 tsp red chili powder,1/8 tsp jeera powder,1/8 tsp dhania powder,1/4 tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3
Add water as required and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Roll out the dough into a round roti and roast on heated tava till cooked.
- Step 5
Serve hot with sabji.
