1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Radish Leaves
1/3 Flour Cup(23.0 ml) Bajra
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1 Grated Tbsp(11.0 gm) Radish
30 Ml(15.0 ml) Water
In a mixing bowl add 3 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp grated radish, 1 tbsp chopped radish leaves, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp cumin seeds, add water, knead the dough.
Pat the dough evenly.Transfer on a griddle.
Tap Water on bhakri, flip & roast it.
