Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl add 3 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp grated radish, 1 tbsp chopped radish leaves, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp jeera, add water and knead the dough.

Pat the dough evenly. Transfer on a griddle.

Tap water on roti flip & roast it.
