A weekend dish in every home indeed. Add the colourful veggies and quinoa to bring about the healthy twist and dejunk the traditional favourites of children. Perfect way to incorporate all kinds of vegetables in a child's diet.
Add 2 tbsp quinoa, water and cook well.
Take a pizza base and spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce evenly across the pizza base.
Put across the sauce laden base 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn and cooked quinoa.
Garnish with 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes & 1/2 tsp oregano.
Grate 1 tbsp cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degree celsius.
