Steps
- Step 1 Add 2 tbsp quinoa, water and cook well
- Step 2 Take a pizza base and spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce evenly across the pizza base
- Step 3 Put across the sauce laden base 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn and cooked quinoa
- Step 4 Garnish with 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes & 1/2 tsp oregano
- Step 5 Grate 1 tbsp cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degree celsius
- Step 6 Serve hot
