2 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Quinoa
  • Add 2 tbsp quinoa, water and cook well.

  • Take a pizza base and spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce evenly across the pizza base.

  • Put across the sauce laden base 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp boiled sweet corn and cooked quinoa.

  • Garnish with 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes & 1/2 tsp oregano.

  • Grate 1 tbsp cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degree celsius.

  • Serve hot.
