- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4th tsp grated garlic,1/8th tsp grated ginger,1 tbsp chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add into the 1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum,1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp chopped green zucchini, and saute it nicely. Cover with a lid and cook them.
- Step 3 Add 1/4 cup cooked quinoa,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp soya sauce,1/4th tsp red chilli sauce,1/4th tsp salt,1 tbsp chopped spring onion then mix it well and cook for some time.
- Step 4 Give a nestle twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 5 Serve hot.
