- Step 1 In a bowl add mashed sweet potato, cooked quinoa, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 2 Season with 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp grated ginger and salt for taste
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice
- Step 4 Divide into equal parts and roll into balls
- Step 5 Stuff each ball with grated cheese and roll again
- Step 6 Heat a appam pan with 1 tsp oil, place the quinoa cheese balls and roast until crisp and golden brown from all sides
- Step 7 Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
