In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1/8th tsp chopped ginger,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped capsicum,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp black pepper powder then saute it well and cook it nicely.
In a bowl beat, 1 number of the egg then add into the cooked quinoa,sauted vegetables,1/8th cup grated cheese,1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
