This Quinoa Tortilla is the healthier version of your regular tortilla recipes. Quinoa flour is a good source of Fiber & protein fibre (for the gut). It is a super delicious snack which is loved by both kids & adults.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a pan add water and add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/8th tsp salt and roasted quinoa flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour and mix well till water absorbs and cover for 5 minutes.
Knead the dough of this mixture and make the balls out of it.
Roll the balls and roast it on pan.
