Quinoa Tortilla Recipe

This Quinoa Tortilla is the healthier version of your regular tortilla recipes. Quinoa flour is a good source of Fiber & protein fibre (for the gut). It is a super delicious snack which is loved by both kids & adults.

1 Tbsp(9.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
1/8 Cup(24.0 gm) Quinoa
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan add water and add 1/2 tsp oil, 1/8th tsp salt and roasted quinoa flour, 1 tbsp wheat flour and mix well till water absorbs and cover for 5 minutes.

  • Knead the dough of this mixture and make the balls out of it.

  • Roll the balls and roast it on pan.

  • Serve hot.
