For Stuffing
- Step 1 In a pan add 1/4 cup quinoa,1/8 tsp salt,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,5 raisins, water as required then cover and cook it nicely.
- Step 2 Remove in a bowl then add 1/4 cup chopped spring onion,1/8 cup chopped parsley,1 tbsp lemon juice and mix it well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer.

For Tomatoes
- Step 1 Take 2 tomatoes then cut a thin slice from top of the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp.
- Step 2 Fill the stuffing mixture in the tomatoes and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 30 minutes.
- Step 3 Serve
