Quinoa Salad is a colourful and vibrant combination of quinoa and fresh vegetables that makes this salad rich in antioxidants, protein, fiber and vitamins.

2.0 Tsp(8.0 ml) Lemon Juice

  • In a mixing bowl, add cooked quinoa, 1 tbsp julienne onion, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green zucchini, 2 tbsp chopped broccoli, boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped celery leaves, 4 dried golden raisins and 1 tsp lemon juice.

  • Sprinkle 1/8 tsp salt.

  • Mix properly using a spoon, making sure all the ingredients

  • mix well.

  • Serve at room temperature or chilled.
