2.0 Tsp(8.0 ml) Lemon Juice

In a mixing bowl, add cooked quinoa, 1 tbsp julienne onion, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green zucchini, 2 tbsp chopped broccoli, boiled sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped celery leaves, 4 dried golden raisins and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Sprinkle 1/8 tsp salt.
Mix properly using a spoon, making sure all the ingredients
mix well.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
