- Step 1 In a bowl, take 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, cooked quinoa, boiled & mashed potato, 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 2 Mix all the ingredients well, shape a patty from the mashed mix, and coat with 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- Step 3 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, place the patty, and shallow fry the patty until it turns golden brown from both sides.
- Step 4 Slice open 1 mediumsized whole wheat burger bun through the centre.
- Step 5 Apply 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp hung Nestlé A+ Curd and spread it evenly
- Step 6 Next, place 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the patty.
- Step 7 Cover the bun and serve.
