- Step 1 Add 2 tbsp cooked quinoa, 1 grated potato, 2 tsp corn flour and mix well.
- Step 2 Add 1 tsp oil, spread quinoa potato mixture like a thick pancake and cook from 1 side.
- Step 3 Flip, cook for few seconds and remove from heat. Spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce on the cooked side.
- Step 4 Spread 1/8 cup diced red capsicum, 1/8 cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8 cup diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, boiled sweet corn on top of it.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding paneer.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes & 1/2 tsp oregano.
- Step 7 Add 1 tbsp grated cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degree celsius.
- Step 8 Serve hot.
