Quinoa Potato Crust Pizza is a weekend super-healthy dish in every home indeed. Add colourful veggies and quinoa to bring about a healthy twist and dejunk the traditional favourites.
Nutrition Information per serve
Add cooked quinoa, grated potato, 2 tsp corn flour and mix well.
Add 1 tsp oil, spread quinoa potato mixture and cook from 1 side.
Flip, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce.
Put across the sauce laden base 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, boiled sweet corn.
Garnish with 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes & 1/2 tsp oregano.
Grate 1 tbsp cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degree celsius.
