2 Tsp(5.0 gm) Corn Flour
1 Medium(81.0 gm) Potato
1/2 Tsp(0.76 gm) Red Chilli Flakes
1/2 Tsp(0.55 gm) Oregano
100 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
1/8 Diced Cup(14.0 gm) Capsicum
1/8 Diced Cup(18.0 gm) Yellow Capsicum
1/8 Diced Cup(16.0 gm) Red Capsicum
1 Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sweet Corn
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
2 Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato
1 Tbsp(20.0 gm) Pizza Sauce
1 Grated Tbsp(8.0 gm) Cheese
2 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Quinoa
  • Add cooked quinoa, grated potato, 2 tsp corn flour and mix well.

  • Add 1 tsp oil, spread quinoa potato mixture and cook from 1 side.

  • Flip, spread 1 tbsp pizza sauce.

  • Put across the sauce laden base 1/8th cup diced red capsicum, 1/8th cup diced yellow capsicum, 1/8th cup diced green capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 2 tbsp chopped onion, boiled sweet corn.

  • Garnish with 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes & 1/2 tsp oregano.

  • Grate 1 tbsp cheese on top and bake for 15 min at 200 degree celsius.

  • Serve hot.
