Quinoa porridge is eaten as a breakfast cereal dish, made by boiling quinoa with milk. Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain sufficient amounts of all nine essential amino acids.. It is also high in fiber, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants.
Cook 1 tbsp quinoa
Boil 1/4 cup milk in a kadai.
Add cooked quinoa, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp green elaichi, 1 tsp chopped kaju, 1 tsp chopped badam and stir well.
Cook till it is thick in consistency
Serve it hot
