- Step 1 In a pan, heat 3/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk until it comes to a boil.
- Step 2 Lower the flame and add Kesar water, 1.5 tbsp jaggery powder, and the quinoa mixture. Mix well and let it simmer.
- Step 3 When it starts to simmer, add water as needed, 1 tbsp chopped almonds,
- Step 4 and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, then stir well.
- Step 5 Give a Nestle Twist by adding cashew.
- Step 6 Continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Step 7 In a mold, spread the biscuit mixture, flatten it, and pour the phirni batter
- Step 8 on top. Place it in the refrigerator until set.
- Step 9 Serve chilled.
