A wholesome Indian dish, rich in protein. It has ton of fiber and antioxidants.
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp of chopped tomato and saute.
Then add 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder, salt, 1/2 tsp dhania powder and haldi.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Now add 1/4th cup of grated paneer, cooked quinoa and mix it well.
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Sprinkle Bengal gram powder on top for a nutritional twist.
