Quinoa Paneer Bhurji Recipe

2 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1/2 Grated Cup(35.0 gm) Paneer
1/4 Cup(25.0 gm) Quinoa
70 Ml(70.0 ml) Water
  • In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp of chopped tomato and saute.

  • Then add 1/4 tsp each of red chilli powder, salt, 1/2 tsp dhania powder and haldi.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Now add 1/4th cup of grated paneer, cooked quinoa and mix it well.

  • Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.

  • Sprinkle Bengal gram powder on top for a nutritional twist.
