- Step 1
In a bowl, quinoa flour, 1/4 cup palak puree, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/8 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp jeera powder, 1/8 tsp red chili powder, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3
Knead into a soft dough.
- Step 4
Cover and rest the dough.
- Step 5
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each into a thick round paratha
- Step 6
Heat a tawa, place the paratha and roast using 1 tsp ghee on both sides evenly.
- Step 7
Serve hot paratha with a bowl of Nestlé A+ Curd.
