- Step 1 Grind and powder 3 tbsp quinoa.
- Step 2 Take a pan, heat 1.5 tbsp ghee and add quinoa flour.
- Step 3 Roast until brown and set aside.
- Step 4 Take another pan heat 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almonds and 2 tsp coco powder.
- Step 5 Roast until golden brown and set aside.
- Step 6 Take the previously roasted flour in a bowl, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder, the roasted nuts and 2 tbsp shredded orange pulp.
- Step 7 Making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly, mix properly.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated coconut.
- Step 9 Take a scoop in hand, make the balls and transfer to a serving platter.
- Step 10 Serve fresh.
