2 Tsp(3.0 gm) Cocoa Powder
2 Shredded Tbsp(24.0 gm) Orange
3 Tbsp(42.0 gm) Quinoa
3 Tbsp(45.0 gm) Ghee
1 Chopped Tbsp(11.0 gm) Almond
3 Powder Tbsp(31.0 gm) Jaggery
  • Take a frying pan, heat 1.5 tbsp ghee and add quinoa flour.

  • Roast until brown and set aside.

  • Take another frying pan heat 1.5 tbsp ghee, add 1 tbsp chopped almond and 2 tsp coco powder.

  • Roast until golden brown and set aside.

  • Take the previously roasted flour in a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp jaggery powder and the previously roasted nuts, 2 tbsp shredded orange pulp.

  • Making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly, mix properly using a spoon.

  • Take a scoop in hand, make the ladoos and transfer to a serving platter.

  • Serve fresh.
