For Dhokla
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl add quinoa oats dal paste, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp fruit salt and mix it well.
- Step 2 Pour batter into the greased mold and steam it in a double boiler.
- Step 3 Cool down the dhokla and cut into the pieces.

For Tadka
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/4 tsp rai, 1/8 tsp white til, 4 kadi patta and mix it well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 3 Take a dhokla to add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top of the dhokla and pour tadka over the dhokla.
- Step 4 Serve.
