Quinoa Oats Dal Veggies Dhokla is a very healthy, tasty dhokla recipe and is loaded with Protein, Fiber, Iron, Vitamins.
In a mixing bowl add quinoa oats dal paste, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, 1/8 tsp green chili paste, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp fruit salt and mix it well.
Pour batter into the greased mold and steam it in a double boiler.
Cool down the dhokla and cut into the pieces.
In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add into the 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/8 tsp white sesame seeds, 4 no. curry leaves and mix it well.
Take a dhokla to add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top of the dhokla and pour tadka over the dhokla.
