Steps
- Step 1 In a grinder add soaked quinoa, 2 tbsp oats, 1/4th cup chopped cucumber,1/2 number green chilli,1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 3/4th tbsp grated coconut,1/8th tsp turmeric powder,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp cumin seed,1/4th tsp salt and water, grind it in a smooth paste
- Step 2 Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and pour spoonful quinoa batter
- Step 3 Spread the batter and roast it till crispy
- Step 4 Serve hot
