50 Ml(50.0 ml) Water
1/4 Small(36.0 gm) Cucumber
2 Tbsp(16.0 gm) Oats
1 Chopped Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion
0.1 Powder Tsp(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Cup(25.0 gm) Quinoa
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Coconut Oil
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
0.1 Tsp(0.29 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
3/4 Grated Tbsp(5.0 gm) Fresh Coconut
1/4 Chopped Tsp(0.54 gm) Ginger
1/2 Number(0.5 gm) Green Chilli
In a grinder add soaked quinoa, 2 tbsp oats, 1/4th cup chopped cucumber,1/2 number green chilli,1/4th tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 3/4th tbsp grated coconut,1/8th tsp turmeric powder,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp cumin seed,1/4th tsp salt and water, grind it in a smooth paste.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and pour spoonful quinoa batter.
Spread the batter and roast it till crispy.
Serve hot.
