- Step 1
In a bowl add cooked quinoa, cooked noodles, 1/8 cup boiled chopped potato, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 2 tbsp grated carrot and mix well
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 4
Shape the mixture into equal sized patty
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick pan with 1 tsp oil, place the patty and roast until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 6
Serve hot with your choice of dip and enjoy!
