  • Patty

    In a heated pan, add 1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp grated garlic and saute well.

  • Add 2 tbsp chopped mushroom, 1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp red chilly powder and mix well.

  • Add cooked quinoa and mash it well in the mixture.

  • Take a bowl and pour the prepared quinoa mixture, mashed potato, mix well and shape into a tikki.

  • Shallow fry with 1 tsp oil.

  • Burger

    Cut a bun into half.

  • Spread 1 tsp tomato ketchup evenly on 1 side of the bun and 1 tsp mayonnaise on the other.

  • Add 2 slices of onion, 2 slices of tomato, 1 lettuce leaf and the prepared tikki. Cover with the other half of the bun.

  • Serve.
