In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1 number of bay leaf,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it till onion translucent.
Add into the 1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped french beans,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp peas, 1/4th tsp salt,1/8th cup diced mushroom,1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/2 tsp dhania powder,1/2 tsp garam masala,1/4th tsp haldi and mix it well.
Cover with a lid and cook it well till vegetables cooked.
Add into the boiled quinoa , mix, cover with a lid, and cook it nicely.
Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
