Quinoa Mushroom Biryani Recipe

Quinoa Mushroom Biryani is a delicious vegetarian biryani cooked in aromatic spices. Make this one-pot dish over the weekend and enjoy it with raita on the side. It is loaded with Protein, Fiber, and Vitamins.

1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) French Beans
1/2 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
1/2 Tsp(0.82 gm) Dhania Powder
2 Chopped Tbsp(16.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1 Chopped Tbsp(9.0 gm) Carrot
1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1 Tbsp(10.0 gm) Peas
1 Chopped Tbsp(13.0 gm) Tomato
2 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Quinoa
1 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/8 Diced Cup(11.0 gm) Mushroom
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
  • In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add 1 number of bay leaf,2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it till onion translucent.

  • Add into the 1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped french beans,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp peas, 1/4th tsp salt,1/8th cup diced mushroom,1/4 tsp red chilly powder,1/2 tsp dhania powder,1/2 tsp garam masala,1/4th tsp haldi and mix it well.

  • Cover with a lid and cook it well till vegetables cooked.

  • Add into the boiled quinoa , mix, cover with a lid, and cook it nicely.

  • Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
