1 Number(2.0 gm) Garlic
1/2 Slice(3.0 gm) Ginger
1 Number(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
2 Tbsp(16.0 ml) Oil
36.0 Ml(36.0 ml) Water

1/8 Cup(28.0 gm) Whole Moong
23.1 Ml(23.0 ml) Water
  • In a grinder add soaked the whole moong, cooked quinoa, 1 number of green chilli,1/2 number of slice ginger,1 number of garlic clove,1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp salt and grind in a coarse paste.

  • Add 1/4th cup chopped palak and mix well. Then heat oil in a kadhai add pakoda batter with a spoon and deep fry till golden brown in color.
