- Step 1 In a grinder add soaked whole moong, quinoa, 1 green chilli, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1/4 cup palak.
- Step 2 Grind to a thick and smooth batter
- Step 3 Transfer to a bowl and season with 1/4 tsp haldi and salt for taste
- Step 4 Give it a Nestle twist by adding kasuri methi
- Step 5 Heat a appe pan and brush it with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6 Add a spoonful of the batter to each mould and roast on all sides until crisp and golden brown
- Step 7 Serve hot with chutney
