- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/8 cup boiled mashed potato, cooked quinoa, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves and mix well
- Step 2 Add 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder and 1/8 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding oats flour
- Step 4 Heat a nonstick pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, place the patty and roast on both sides until crisp and golden brown
- Step 5 Cut the burger bun in half and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun and 1 tsp tomato ketchup on the top half of the bun
- Step 6 Place a lettuce leaf over the mayonnaise and add the cooked quinoa mint patty
- Step 7 Top it up with 2 onion slices, 2 tomato slices and cover with the top bun
- Step 8 Enjoy tasty quinoa mint burger with your favorite dip
