For Tikki
In a Bowl
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp Oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Step 3
Saute well also add 1 tsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder, add cooked Quinoa, 1/4 tsp Salt and 2 tbsp Boiled, Mashed Potato
- Step 4
Mix Well and make Tikki
- Step 5
In a pan add 1 tsp Oil , Shallow Fry from both the sides
- Step 6
For Burger
On a Bun,
- Step 7
Apply1 tsp Mayonnaise, 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup, 1 no. Lettuce, 2 slices Onion, 2 slices Tomato , add Tikki and cover with other other bun ,
